Their Impression

Their care quickly expanded in a variety of ways.

Their care for America’s most demanding healthcare community grew in every direction, from Florida’s northern edge to its southern Keys, from Atlantic daybreak to Gulf sunsets.

Care requirements change with time, and they’re always here to help.

Whether you’re old or young, your needs fluctuate — where you need help, how often you need it, and what kind of help you need. They offer the following services: Minimal care at home, online, outpatient or inpatient, medical or emotional.

Their goal

Chapters Health System offers a wide range of compassionate treatment options to persons in the community who are suffering from or have been affected by advanced diseases.

Chapters Health System’s vision is to be the preferred provider of home-based, community-based care.

The Chapters Health Foundation

The Chapters Health Foundation helps patients and their families who are unable to pay for hospice, home health, or palliative medical care. They are committed to ensuring that every dollar generated (over $2.5 million each year) stays in their communities to directly assist their patients during some of life’s most difficult times.

Their use of Therapy animals

Patients with chronic and severe illnesses can reap instant psychological and physiological benefits from pet visits. A tiny poodle who became a resident at a hospice inpatient facility increased morale and relationships between staff and patients, according to research published in the Journal of Palliative Care. Anxiety, depression, and exhaustion have all been demonstrated to be reduced by therapy animals.

Animals and their owners/handlers must go through a screening and certification process to determine their temperaments and how well they would react to adults, children, loud noises, walkers, and wheelchairs before visiting patients and families.
