About the company

Working exclusively with clients we believe in and putting everything we have into every partnership has contributed to our success.

Media mavens, creative directors, agency vets, award-winning journalists, marketing geniuses, digital divas, and research addicts make up the Clearstream team. Despite our various backgrounds, we all share a common goal: a genuine love for championing outstanding ideas that build brands.

It’s difficult to find a strong leader with a positive attitude and extensive industry expertise. Wendy Watson is that unique leader, with more than two decades of expertise building brand initiatives that stimulate cultural discourse, promote customer involvement, and positively impact the bottom line. Wendy started Clearstream Agency in 2015, and her fast-growing company has been recognised for its groundbreaking artificial intelligence work. Wendy has established a spectacular position in the business as one of the leading companies in its area today, serving as an inspiration to many aspiring entrepreneurs who are driven by enthusiasm.

Clearstream Services

Clearstream (www.clearstreamagency.com) is a multi-award-winning boutique agency that specialises in building multi-media communications strategy. Los Angeles is the firm’s headquarters, with offices in New York, Miami, and Dallas. Its results-driven campaigns have been honoured by a number of press and marketing groups for its strategic communications that use PR, advertising, and digital platforms to create conversation and grow brands. Clearstream was recently named one of Silicon Review’s “50 Best Companies to Watch in 2019” and received the “Game Changers Award” from Finance Monthly for its pioneering Artificial Intelligence work.

About the Founder

Wendy Watson

Wendy Watson, the company’s CEO and Founder, is an award-winning advertising executive, a patent holder, and a frequent guest lecturer at UCLA Anderson School of Business. Financial Monthly named her one of the “Inspiring Women in Tech 2019” and a “Game Changer,” and she was chosen one of CEO Today’s “Business Women of the Year 2019.” She was also named one of PRWeek’s “40 Under 40 Stars of PR.” She has led efforts for some of the world’s most well-known brands, including Disney, Hewlett Packard, Marriott, Mercedes-Benz, MGM, Procter & Gamble, Qualcomm, and Verizon, during the course of her career.

Wendy spent 18 years as an Executive Vice President at Porter Novelli, a multinational Omnicom PR firm, before launching Clearstream Agency. She worked in both their east and west coast offices, and she essentially grew up at the firm, climbing through the ranks to become the company’s youngest SVP ever. Working with worldwide firms situated in Asia, Europe, and North America, she was fortunate to have clients on three continents. Some of her former clients followed her to Clearstream, and they are still working with them now.

The Strategy of Success

Clearstream has been extremely lucky, since their agency has grown by double digits year after year since its beginnings just four years ago. Their growth approach is simple: provide the finest work possible for all clients while adhering to the principle of under-promising and over-delivering. As a result, clients keep around and frequently recommend Clearstream’s services to others. Their client list includes firms and clients with whom they have worked for years, if not decades.

Clearstream Agency is the outcome of a strong lady who refused to give up in the face of defeat and instead used her strength to take the next step. Wendy is a strong lady who has helped her company and its employees achieve success. She has not only attained success, but she has also left a trail of wonderful stories that inspire and motivate everyone with a desire formed of passion.

To stay properly motivated and achieve great achievement, there must be a higher calling. Although Clearstream’s client list is diverse, the agency’s common goal is to make a difference — to contribute to the betterment of humankind. Their purpose is to educate and empower people, whether through promoting life-changing work by non-profits, introducing an innovative App that improves communities, or collaborating with world-renowned educational institutions. The Rumi quote, “Let the beauty of what you love be what you do,” has inspired Wendy. Failure is inevitable if you and your team do not have an emotional stake in the firm you are establishing.
