Ichor Systems is a dependable vendor that provides mechanical contracting services to its clients. Through excellent engineering design and manufacture, it is our objective to provide fluid delivery expertise across all important areas of semiconductor manufacturing. We don’t have a formal vision statement yet, but it’s our plan to keep growing organically and inorganically to build a larger income stream and optimise operations while providing more and more capability to help our clients succeed.
We’ve had a lot of success providing our knowledge (increasing penetration across all platforms), developing organically and through acquisitions (37 percent CAGR), and enhancing our processes (reducing OPEX 13.2 percent to 10.2 percent from 2014-2016).
What was your initial product release?
Our first offering was mechanical engineering design services to assist customers with improving gas flow into semiconductor process equipment reaction chambers.

About the CEO
Thomas M. Rohrs has served as Executive Chairman and director of Ichor since February 2012 and as Chief Executive Officer since September 2014. Prior to serving at Ichor, Mr. Rohrs served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Skyline Solar from 2010 to 2012 and Electroglas from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Rohrs also served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and a member of the Executive Committee for Applied Materials from 1997 to 2002 and as Vice President of Worldwide Operations for Silicon Graphics from 1992 to 1997
