About the company

With over 50 million downloads since its introduction, OpenVPN, our award-winning open source VPN protocol, has established itself as a de-facto standard in the open source networking field. OpenVPN Inc is a provider of secure and scalable communication services for the next generation.

We’ve combined a number of cutting-edge networking and software technologies to create virtual network software that delivers secure, dependable, and scalable communication services, not only meeting the needs of the traditional virtual private network (VPN) market, but also anticipating future demands such as SDN (Software Defined Network), remote access to private networks, and tunnelling to public networks.

OpenVPN is the creator of the open source Virtual Private Network (OpenVPN) software and a provider of multi-platform OpenVPN applications for Windows, MAC, Linux, Android, and iOS, as well as end-to-end OpenVPN Server on Cloud, OpenVPN Server as a Virtual Appliance, OpenVPN Server as Software Packages, and OpenVPN as a Service (Private Tunnel), addressing market demands for VPN services.

Not only the economy, but our society as a whole, has been shaped by innovative entrepreneurs. They’ve established a completely new business ecosystem, one that dares to go where no one else has gone before. They embroider roads for others to follow, using devotion, inspiration, and hard work.

Our multi-tenant cloud service is powered by a high-performance mesh core network that spans numerous nations and provides several regional connection points throughout the world. New regions are added to our managed service on a regular basis, giving us global coverage.

What is OpenVPN Cloud?

In the form of a “Private Network in the Cloud,” a managed service that allows safe networking between private networks and remote users over the Internet.

Without the capital and operational hours required to manage, scale, and host VPN servers, worldwide safe access with constant protection against cyber threats and speedy full-mesh connectivity to on-premise or IaaS Cloud private networks is now available.

The Future at OpenVPN

Access Server, OpenVPN’s initial project, was an enterprise variant of the open source VPN software. More than 10,000 company customers have installed the Access Server software, and many of them continue to use it to secure their remote access or private cloud. Despite the success of Access Server with businesses, Dinha recognises that the sector still faces a major challenge: cloud security. OpenVPN has big plans for the future in order to meet this market demand. While the corporation will not reveal what their brilliant team is working on, expect something that will revolutionise the way people do business.

OpenVPN is powered by a dedicated team of people who are inspired by the company’s mission. Giving employees autonomy is one of the company’s core beliefs, and it has been a key component in its success.

“The freedom that comes with this level of flexibility allows our staff to be more creative, which is critical for coming up with new ideas. We don’t believe in hierarchies at OpenVPN. We believe in working together to solve difficulties and talking openly with one another.”
