What is Vestmark?

Vestmark is a prominent provider of wealth management products and services that uses an innovative SaaS infrastructure to allow financial advisers and institutions to easily manage and trade their customers’ portfolios. They are a valued partner to some of the wealth management industry’s largest and most renowned companies, with over $1.3 trillion in assets and approximately 5 million accounts. Vestmark has been helping broker-dealers, investment managers, bank trusts, and advisors enhance their operating models and achieve better investor results for over two decades.

The need for Vestmark

They provide an Innovative Mindset

Your investors want you to provide an experience that replicates the speed, transparency, and ease they have grown to anticipate across all other information exchanges in today’s fast-paced, digital economy. If your service model isn’t flexible enough to accommodate investor demand for information across all channels, all the time, your company’s future is in jeopardy.

Wealth Management at the Forefront

Vestmark has worked with top wealth management firms since 2001 to develop solutions that provide seamless advice delivery and industry compliance while allowing them to grow their operations. Their team of more than 400 workers consists of highly skilled software engineers, implementation professionals, business strategists, and visionaries who are focused on the future of financial technology.

Establishing a dream

Vestmark began with a guiding philosophy to design and enable the platform of the future, and they learned and made many improvements along the road. This objective was to assist their clients in bringing expert advice to many more households and investors, thereby improving results for a large number of families. The other keys to their success have been this vision and the fact that they have always maintained their clients at the heart of all of their strategic decisions.

Their progress

Day by day and year by year, they’re improving in every category. VestmarkONE®, their flagship offering, has been adopted by some of the world’s top financial institutions, and the platform now serves over 2 million accounts and over half a trillion dollars. They had 70 employees at the end of 2014, and they now have 250. Their headcount has increased by 357 percent in a short period. Their software is helping financial institutions serve their investors daily. They’ve had a business objective to help investors improve their financial well-being since their founding in 2001. They accomplish this by providing technology and services that enable financial institutions and advisors to provide comprehensive advice that is aligned with investor goals. Across all of our segments, they want to be the most well-known financial technology company.

Their values

Their core values, ideals that they uphold individually and collectively, are their structural pillars, while their people are the engine that drives their innovation and success. These principles are at the heart of their company’s culture, and they define the type of people they’re looking for to help them grow. Their environment has changed significantly as a result of rapid expansion in recent years.
