Event Policy

1. General

By registering or participating in The Global Icons of Impact event (“Event”), all participants and nominees (“Attendees”) agree to these Terms and Conditions set forth by swiftnlift (“Organizer”). These terms apply to both in-person and virtual participation, where applicable.

2. Eligibility

All attendees must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Nominees are those officially invited or confirmed by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to decline any participant or nomination at its discretion.

3. Registration and Participation

All registrations must be completed through the official website or authorized communication channels. Attendees must provide accurate details. Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless specifically stated. Nominees may need to submit additional details or documents if requested.

4. Code of Conduct

• Maintain professionalism and respect throughout the event.
• Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
• Comply with all venue and organizer rules.
• Do not distribute promotional material without prior consent.

5. Media and Intellectual Property

swiftnlift reserves the right to photograph, record, and livestream event activities. By attending, participants grant permission to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and media purposes across all platforms without compensation. Intellectual property shared during the event belongs to its respective creators and cannot be used without consent.

6. Awards and Recognition

The decisions of the selection committee are final and binding. Nominees must attend the event in person (unless agreed otherwise) to receive recognition. Awards are honorary and hold no monetary value unless specifically mentioned.

7. Travel and Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their travel, visa, and accommodation unless included in their package. The Organizer is not liable for any travel delays, cancellations, or personal loss.

8. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, theft, or damage during the Event. In case of cancellation, postponement, or force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), swiftnlift is not liable for costs incurred by attendees.

9. Data Protection

By registering, attendees consent to the use and processing of their personal data for event-related communication and marketing, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal details will not be shared externally without explicit consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Amendments

swiftnlift reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will be available on the official event website or upon request.
