– Oasis Neon Signs is excited to announce its latest initiative, the “NeonCraft Workshop,” a unique collaboration with Wilmington-based artists to create an exclusive collection of custom neon sign designs. This initiative aims to merge artistic creativity with modern LED technology, expanding the company’s offerings and celebrating local artistic talent.

Through the NeonCraft Workshop, Oasis Neon Signs will partner with artists from various disciplines—including graffiti, sketch art, and architecture—to bring fresh perspectives to neon sign design. This partnership underscores the company’s commitment to pushing creative boundaries and supporting the local arts community.

“We value the contribution of artists in shaping the society around us, and this partnership allows us to bring a new perspective to neon sign design,” said Jared Hunter, Marketing Lead at Oasis Neon Signs. “Through this collaboration, Oasis Neon Signs will expand its creative horizons and continue to support independent Wilmington artists.”

The handcrafted neon signs will be constructed using high-quality LED tubing and mounted on premium 8mm thick acrylic backings, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and safety. These exclusive designs will be released in limited batches, appealing to both design enthusiasts and collectors alike.

As part of its commitment to the project, Oasis Neon Signs has allocated over $300,000 to fund the NeonCraft Workshop. Additionally, 20% of the proceeds from the collection will be directed to the contributing artists, fostering growth and sustainability in the local creative community.

The artist-led collection is set to launch in June 2025. Artist onboarding will be completed by mid-March 2025, followed by brainstorming sessions to finalize the collection’s designs.

Beyond this initiative, Oasis Neon Signs will introduce an apprenticeship-style training program to nurture emerging neon designers. To support the program’s growth, the company plans to expand its current 200,000-square-foot facility.
